The harp remains a beloved but rare instrument. This episode of the Wandeling is intended as a reassessment of harp music from the 19th century, a period whose compositions for this instrument are unfortunately still often not taken very seriously. It is time to change that! Tonight we focus on the eventful and productive life of harpist and composer Nicholas Charles Bochsa (1789-1856).
