He plays Joseph dall’Abaco’s (1710-1805) Caprice no. 3 in E major and J.S. Bach’s Cello Suite No. 3, BWV 1009: Prelude, Allemande, Courante, Sarabande, Bourrée 1 & 2, and Gigue.
Evan Buttar acquired a cello from Jacob Weiss (Salzburg 1740) and a cello bow from Luis Emilio Rodriguez in The Hague through the National Music Instrument Fund.

Wilma Pistorius
Composer and cellist Wilma Pistorius talks about the premiere of Play/Space, a piece for panflutes and recorders. She wrote the piece for Juho Myllylä and for Mariana Preda, who performed with her Panflute Trio on Actueel a few months ago. The premiere of Play/Space will take place on March 19th at Huis de Pinto. Amsterdam.
