Music for Leisure
In today’s spotlight: Dutch composer Desiree van Warmerdam. She has written a few compositions for the Consortium Musicum Divertimento, an ad hoc music society from the vicinty of Breda with around 100 musicians. Every year they travel to France during summer to perform concerts, with often new music on their programme. The second part of the show we broadcast music from her master, Daan Manneke.
