In the programme Disc-Cover on Friday 10th June at 20:00 you can hear Longdancer, a group with multiple vocals, mixed acoustic guitar elements, cryptic philosophical texts and accessible folkrock.
The Tourist and The Eurythmics frontman Dave A. Stewart made in 1973 his LP debut with the British four man group Longdancer. Totally different to the manufactured synthpop of The Eurythmics. It would be too much to ascribe this debut album If It Was So Simple to the later fame of Stewart .
