This month we continue our series of the Sound Café On Tour with a programme recorded in the Blue Note hall at the Conservatorium in Amsterdam. The guests include the Quiroga Quartet and the Nostos Quartet.
This month's programme celebrates the string quartet. The Nostos Quartet shares their experiences as a new and promising quartet. The Quiroga Quartet gives their own meaning to the phrase Frei aber Einsam, the title of their latest CD with compositions by Brahms.
